The annual conference on Diversity in Business at UC Berkeley is conceived from the desire to create a dialogue between UC Berkeley and the business community about the impact of diversity in business. We want to share innovative ideas about how to overcome the challenges involved in building diverse organizations. We will also explore the unique rewards attained by organizations that have successfully embraced diversity and are utilizing it as an asset for their organizations. The conference will discuss proven tools professionals have used to achieve success and innovative strategies for creating and managing diverse organizations.
